The turnover in the National Security Council is far from over, as more shuffling is expected in the wake of the resignation of the agency’s top boss, Michael Flynn, according to a report.
KT McFarland — Flynn’s deputy, a former Republican Senate candidate in New York and former Fox News commentator — is not expected to remain in her perch as the No. 2 on the NSC, the New York Times reports.
But it’s not clear whether McFarland will leave the administration entirely.

He was a Democrat.
Why was he on the team in the first place?
And don’t replace him with that other Obama appointee, Petraeus.
If Flynn’s conversation was picked up by routine surveillance of the Russian, then so perhaps was conversation with representatives of Hillary’s campaign in the pre-election period. Maybe even post-election. Splash that to the media as well. If Flynn lied to Pence, that was unforgivable and justifies his departure. But the contact with the Russians stuff, the actual substance of any contact in the pre-inaugural period, has to be put in context.
These bureaucrats are the true establishment. Politicians come and go but the bureaucrats are the real power structure.
He was one of the few rational defense experts not afraid to,use the term radical Islam and to argue that instead of demonizing Russia and engaging in confrontation we should recognize their national interests and concerns as valid and forge a relationship based on cooperation in areas where their interests converge with ours

Like it or not, Flynn’s departure was fast and efficient. Trump is like that. Good on him.
Start by firing every Obama appointee.
The Obama New World Order loyalists run deep in the CIA/NSA. They need to be purged or Trump is toast.

For whatever Flynn did wrong on communicating with Russians, Hillary did orders of magnitude of orders of magnitude worse by leaving the entire Secretary of State email server open for them to peruse at leisure.

I would like to know why the obama administration was wire tapping the Trump transition team and who in the spook community feels so secure in their position that they could leak this?
