After GOP establishment forces inside President Donald Trumps White House forced out National Security Adviser retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, sources close to the president confirm to Breitbart News there is serious doubt as to whether this early administration shake-up will also see the exit of White House chief of staff Reince Priebus.
Specifically, multiple sources close to President Trump with internal knowledge of White House operations told Breitbart News on Monday night that the buck stops with Priebus when it comes to the botched rollout of the executive order temporarily banning most travel to the United States from seven nations with a history of exporting terrorism and temporarily halting the refugee program. This news comes of course in the wake of the news that Flynn was pushed out, but also as more and more reports of a likely shake-up at the top loom.
Reince is responsible, ultimately, for the rollout of the immigration executive order, one source said. He failed to get [Attorney General Jeff] Sessions on the calendar in the Senate in time for what he knew would be a highly controversial executive order. He was supposed to be this wizard in dealing with congressional Republicans, but has not been successful in getting anything serious done.

[ the conservative right has been AWOL for the past month because they are all scared of being beat up by the left.]
More like they are still butthurt their guy Cruz didn’t win.
Wrong Breitbart is good and usually correct.
Fake News = CNN = MSNBC = NBC = CBS
No, it’s real because it’s “multiple sources,” with “close,” connections. It’s just when they only cite one anonymous source that it’s fake.

I’m beyond disappointed that the man has stepped down because of a private phone call. This is the sort of stuff I expected Trump to fight. For crying out loud, he can fight the genital grabbing comment, but not this?
I actually don’t care. A man (or woman) says what he means and stands by it with his name. Like it or not, that’s how I believe it should be. If you won’t put your name to it then it is nothing but unverified gossip.
Newt Gingrich should be Chief of Staff. He’s tactically brilliant and knows how to deal w Congress and roll out initiatives. Plus he is a fighter like Trump vs the Left
I'd suggest that only the district constituents could properly motivate PRyno or Bitch.
He stepped down because he lied to VP Pence about it.
An intelligence director who lies to his superiors should be fired immediately. Personally, I would have set him on fire instead.
[I still see nothing botched about it. ]
The rollout to the American people was botched.
Trump should have had a press conf (not just a photo op), and taken questions from the press, and clarified all of their questions in the beginning, instead of letting the media write their own narrative as to what the EO meant.
THIS would have been the job of the CoS to set up. Alas, it didn’t happen. And here we are today, with our immigration policy facing a Constitutional crisis.
I say Conway takes Priebus’ job and Miller hers.
This strikes me as nonsense. Sessions had to stay in the Senate until DeVos was approved. Every vote was needed.
Newt is wishy washy....
I would like to see Trey Gowdy.
[Newt Gingrich should be Chief of Staff. ]
Are you f-—ing kidding me???
Newt squawks to the press more than I’ve ever seen Reince!
At least Reince was somewhat discreet about it.
I’m hearing he is backing off of moving the embassy to Jerusalem and is telling Netanyahu that building more settlements is not helpful.
Who is advising him? Is he becoming wishy-washy?
Newt did the Contract w America that got conservatives Congress. He stopped BJ Clinton’s leftward surge dead on its tracks. He fights.
Priebus is a lightweight but he did his job in backing Trump through the election - if he was as responsible for things as the article says, I’d wager he would have been gone at the same time as Flynn.
Red herring. I don't like Priebus necessarily, he strikes me as a weak sister, but Trump knew himself he didn't have Sessions in place, and he didn't have Gorsuch in place to withstand a challenge. He evidently didn't expect a challenge, or believed he could bull his way through. Its become apparent he couldn't, and he needed both these guys in place before he issued the order.
And I hope he had Sessions at least review the order before he issued it, since Sessions would have to be the one to defend it.
Yep. I loved what he was doing in those first two weeks, but he seems to be becoming what caused me to not support him in the primaries. I’m hoping this stuff is all just rumors, but time will tell.
How did they know he lied?
