The MSM will blame Trump, count on it.

Well, I'm sure if Trump had wired Brown a few billion last week CA would have rebuilt the whole system by now. Or, perhaps the money would have been used to hire more lawyers for illegals trying to avoid deportation.

Any time there is water over the emergency spillway, it’s a disaster. The system is out of control.

Not unlike a nuclear meltdown.

My eyes told me it was time to get out two days ago.

But the government experts were telling everyone yesterday that there was no danger to the public, and no risk of collapse! You can get a lot of goods out of your home with a couple days of warning. With 60 minutes, not so much. The smart people started getting out a couple days ago, the heck with government "experts".

I am in Sacramento, and both the Sacramento and American rivers are two feet below flood stage.

When that happens a major breach of the Sac river levees would cause a disaster at least as bad as Katrina.

What’s that, 3 hours?

Evacuation orders issued for all of Yuba County.

That’s Marysville, Yuba City and many others...at least a quarter of a million people!

“Failure within the next 60 minutes? Good Lord. How did they miss this so badly?”

Where did you get that?

Trump said he would drain the swamp. So he planned this.

Government says they are going to increase the Main spillway flow to 100,000 - which is still way below its capacity of 250,000. This they say will stop water from going over the emergency spillway. This has been an option for days now. What a totally government caused FAIL.

It would be many times worse than Katrina. Much faster water.

If they are really ordering an evacuation, then why are they not using ALL lanes.

This happened during a hurricane in the Charleston, SC area and the government did not plan an all lane evacuation. This resulted in people spending 8-10 hours in the car stalled in traffic, and could have been a disaster had the hurricane hit and not veered off to sea. It takes a lot of planning by emergency planners to do an all lane evacuation, and in South Carolina after the near disaster, the governor ordered an all lane evacuation planning for the next time.

I hope no one is endangered by lack of all lane evacuation planning.

All that water makes its way to the San Francisco Bay and out under the Golden Gate Bridge

That the water will drop only 30 feet is counting on no additional erosion. It could be more.
