The key point for everybody to know about the United States Court Appeals for the Ninth Circuit’s opinion regarding President Donald Trump’s Executive Order regarding immigration, is that the three judges failed to discuss, or even acknowledge the existence of, the primary law that supports President Trump’s Executive Order.

Now that it has been determined that the three 9th circuit judges have failed to consider the law which definitely supports Trump’s position, WHO will be filing the motion for impeachment of those same judges? WHO, or more importantly, WHEN? Go for the throat and teach the liberal bastards that THEY failed to consider our laws when making such a extremely important decision. There are consequences.
It appears the author is suggesting that this decision could be used to impeach these three judges.
As well as, the original judge who ordered the stay.
I hope so. It is way past time to put these Judicial Tyrants in their place for their assumption of powers that the Constitution clearly denies them.

I can’t help but wonder if Trump is once again playing a bigger game. He would be hard pressed to find a more unambiguous statute, he didn’t send the A team in to defend it, he goaded the 9th circus into doing what they did.
Now we’ll have to see how it plays out...

Hmmm.... now that is an interesting thought. You have correctly assessed the situation and historical lay of the land.
No, same problem, 3 or 4 of the SC justices will rule how they want the outcome to be and not according to the law.
To them, the law is whatever happens to flit into their empty heads at the moment. Precedence is a dead concept to them.
They are attempting to usurp the Executive Branch's function and purpose.
This one is so clear, that — unless the Supreme Court decides to completely jetison the meaning of all words, and totally shred their credibility, and even emperil their existence — that I predict a 8-0 or 9-0 rebuke of the Ninth Plane of Hell’s ruling.

Judges are drawn from a particular class. Supreme Court Justices, even more so, This class has firm beliefs about right and wrong, justice and injustice, and in the case of some of them, about Tikkun Olam, the necessity of using whatever tools are in their hands to set the world right.

You don't think they're going to give up what they've built, on the cusp of their total victory, because the hated white working class, which is supposed to die (Williamson) or be replaced by brown and yellow people (Kristol) sent an orange Cheeto man to the White House, do you?
This is their plan: Donald Trump will need to ask a District Judge every time he wants to fart, or else he will be sued into oblivion, until he quits or is impeached and removed for farting without permission.
And to be honest, I can't think (right now) of what the proper counter is.
