Does the Establishment Plan to Defeat Trump Via Impeachment?
The New American ^ | 09 February 2017 | Selwyn Duke

Donald Trump faced seemingly insurmountable obstacles in his unlikely anti-establishment quest for the presidency. Now he may face an obstacle designed to prevent him from finishing his presidency: an effort to impeach him.

The Washington Free Beacon reported in late January that it had obtained a confidential David Brock memo listing the “ways the Democratic operative plans to use his numerous organizations to take down President Donald Trump through impeachment,” the site writes. Brock (shown), once a conservative investigative reporter who switched sides and later founded the leftist propaganda site Media Matters for America, discussed his scheme late last month in a weekend conference with 100 liberal donors at Turnberry Isle Resort in Aventura, Florida. Reporting on their agenda, the Beacon tells us:

Trump needs to start inflicting some consequences to this left wing lawfare.

Nixon was not impeached, but the American people “think” he was. Like they thought the popular T. Martin of FL was just buying Skittles in 2012.

Clinton actually was impeached. He just wasn’t removed by a Senate trial.

Okay, I misspoke, he resigned before being impeached. Which he would of been because the media had the country wanting blood.

Trump will ONLY be impeached after the bond his supports have with him is broken - and only Trump can do that (the easiest way is by toying with the Gang-of-Eight).

The ONLY REASON that Trump was able to survive the Convention was that it was clear to Ryan and all the other snakes that if they dumped Trump, Trump would walk away with his voters, and the Republican Party would no longer exist as a national party.

That same force is holding today. Ryan, Rubio, and the rest of the snakes DESPERATELY want Trump out, but know they must at least appear to continue supporting him, as long as his voters are still with him.

So it’s all up to Trump - keep your supporters with you, Trump, and you will be SAFE in office.

OF COURSE THEY DO! They HAVE to. Trump is one man. Getting rid of him is simple. What? You say they’d never risk touching off CWII? Why would they worry about that? WE HAVE NEVER GIVEN THEM ANY REASON TO BELIEVE WE HAVE ANY BALLS TO SPEAK OF!

Unfortunately it’s upon us today. If POTUS CiC feels the 7 states are a natl security threat it’s dereliction of duty to obey the 9ths order from today, a high crime. If he defies the order, Unheard of brass, he’ll face calls for impeachment. It’s a bad box.

if the republicans were to help impeach Trump it would bascially be the end of their party.

If the democrats get in and impeach him and are successful at removing him it will spark a civl war

I don’t think they’ve thought it through, since Pence is more of an evangelical than Trump.

"It is fruitless as long as Republicans control the Senate. 2018 is going to be hell for the RATS."

Just disrupting the Trump agenda would be enough to cost us tax cuts, deregulation, rebuilding the military, and court nominations. And yes, there would be 19 repukes in the senate to side with the Dems. Their hatred of Trump is that deep.

What would the impeachable offence be?<<<<<<

High crimes and misdemeanors that so far, the democrats have failed to enumerate.

Seems like there are a few options for the President:

  1. Roll the dice and send it to USSC as currently constituted. If the SCOTUS decides to blatantly ignore the law and the Constitution, they will be the ones who have created the Constitutional crisis, and we should then prepare for a formal civil war.
  2. Get Gorsuch confirmed as quick as humanly possible, using the nuclear option, and then appeal to SCOTUS, in hopes of increasing the odds of a court victory.
  3. Disregard the 9th circuit's ruling without appealing, and face the storm. Again, prepare for civil war at some point.
  4. Accept the 9th's ruling without appealing, thereby allowing the judiciary to run completely roughshod over the Constitution, in which case the President will have abrogated his duty to uphold the Constitution. Ultimately, this, too, will lead to civil war.
If Gorsuch can't be confirmed quickly, using the nuclear option, the appeal should go to the SCOTUS immediately.

If the President takes his duty to uphold the Constitution seriously, he cannot delay.

MAKE NO MISTAKE: This is already a Constitutional crisis, created by the utterly lawless actions of judges who believe that they are above the law and the Constitution. These judges should be impeached.

I can think of no better person to be in the Oval Office for such a crisis. If SCOTUS fails to uphold the President's lawful EO, civil war is virtually guaranteed, sooner or later.

The only scenario which avoids civil war, IMHO, is for SCOTUS to uphold this EO. If the liberal members of the court would rather play politics with the lives of the American People than uphold the Constitution, then the time for civil war has already arrived.

I don't think that issuing additional immigration-related EO's makes any sense in this environment. We are already in a Constitutional crisis. The only question is whether the USSC is going to bail us out of it, or instead add fuel to the fire.

So my opinion is that this ruling should be appealed to SCOTUS immediately, and let the chips fall where they may.

This is some amazing lawlessness on the part of the judiciary, and, one way or another, it will not stand.

It's now up to the USSC to save this country from civil war...

Not gonna happen, and the willingness of Yertle to move things through the senate against heavy obstructionism alone says this is nonsense.

It is fruitless as long as Republicans control the Senate.

I believe enough republican senators would go over to the democrat side against Trump if they felt certain of success.
