Exactly. that's because the Arizona suit was against more lenient vetting so they ruled against their interference with Obama's EO, which is correct. These traitorous bastards are nothing but politicians in robes.

How dare they say there hasn't been terrorist attacks from these areas in this country. I'm sure they were saying the same before 911.
Also,these assholes don't know what the President is privy to from the intel briefing everyday and what is behind the “ban” on certain areas.

good lord, this is dangerous and stupid ruling as I've ever seen.

DJT needs to take care of this court when he gets time..after all the bigger issues are out of the way. Taking down the 9th should be on a short list.

What was bad about that is that Obama was actually breaking federal immigration law and making his own yet the court was telling the state that was trying to enforce federal law that Obama could do whatever!
