Rescind the current EO and write a better one!

The EO was constrained and targetted with precison potential bad actors from countries known to export terrorism. A better EO cannot be written, IMHO.

This is nothing less that an unconstitutional coup by the judicial branch which ignores the grounds for the EO. If the EO is unconstitional, then the congressional grant of power by the Congress to the execution is unconstitutional.

With this ruling the court reserves to itself the power to declare what is or is not constitutional. We no longer need a written constitution.

In summary it says, the "feelings" of refugees and their ability to come to the US vastly out weighs any trifling concerns about American security.

In fact it says that no person from the 7 countries has ever committed an act of violence on US soil.

Did they actually use that argument? We are not talking about past attacks, but potential future attacks. ISIS itself has said they want to use immigration as a tool for infiltration. We have seen that immigrants often lurk for long periods of time before engaging in terrorism.

The court is usurping an EXECUTIVE function; they are not talking about the law, but application of the law, about judgement about when and where and how the law should be applied. They are giving themselves the power of the executive.
