If this is something we would support if the politics were reversed (i.e., on principle, not because of politics) then I support it.

If not, what I would support is looking into the backgrounds of some of these judges. Based on info I’ve read elsewhere, I have to wonder if some of them are compromised in one or more ways.

In fact, regardless of the politics of the situation, I would support looking into the integrity of these judges. Smells bad to me.

When you add up the size, the slowness and the end result that they are the most overturned court, it only make sense to reduce their impact and create a new circuit court that can effectively handle a significant portion of the case load.

Like when a business grows to the point where they need to open a second location to better serve the customers, this circuit split is needed to better serve the plaintiffs and defendants - and thus the citizenry at large.
