Morning Joe came down with a bad case of the vapors this morning, clutching its collective pearls [to mix metaphors] over President Trump’s comments about the court currently hearing the case on the executive order on immigration.
Jon Meacham said that Trump was “messing with the Magna Carta,” of all things!
Joe Scarborough upped the anxiety ante, saying “the historical precedents are chilling. I don’t even want to mention their names, but some of the dangerous autocrats of the 20th century, their two goals were to, first, undermine an independent judiciary and, second, to undermine a free press.” Gee, wonder with which “dangerous autocrat” of the 20th-century—whose name one dared not speak—was Scarborough lumping Trump?

Hey Joe, the judiciary is completely out of control and has been for decades. It’s thoroughly politicized and is attempting to run the country by fiat.
They are now attempting to codify a “right to emigrate” here into the Constitution.

I don’t get this logic at all. Most of the Senators spend their lives criticizing Presidents...No problem...Most Presidents spend a good portion of their terms criticizing Congress... However, if either of those branches criticize lifetime judges that is reprehensible ND a sigh of tyranny? That doesn’t sound equal to me. You should be able to get ride of any federal judge with a vote by Congress and signed by the President. They are too powerful when they can create laws and are unelected and hold lifetime positions and can’t be criticized
I want Sessions to investigate Joe and others based on fake news reports. Have the National Enquirer run accusations then investigate them. I’d like to know why Joe left Congress to become a leftist hack.
What really irks them about Trump is he doesn’t care what they think. Unlike past pussy Republican Presidents he just doesn’t back down. If Warren had pulled that stunt under Bush, there would have been caving all over the place. They got into a pissing contest with a skunk this time. The skunk always wins. IMHO. It is right that the courts be challenged. Congress should have been doing so since I can’g remember when. And since the executive branch and the legislative branch are supposed to be co-equal with the judiciary, they have the right to challenge the ruling of the courts.
One of the main things I have came to admire about President Trump is when he says something, either in a rally, a speech, or on twitter, he is sitting something up to have something brought out, something that we haven't noticed...
Hence, his criticism of this body of the Ninth Circus group...they are loosers (losers) all of them...find out who they are and then read their records...it's quite the find indeed...and there fore the reason for President Trump ‘taking on this group of thieves and liars’...
Morning Joe is an idiot...what really happened while he was in Washington D.C? What really happened to the dead girl's body that was found in his office? Who did he associate with while in Washington D.C.? These are the things that people want to hide, and why?
If you have nothing to hide, then open up...if you do have something to hide, then pound on someone else to take the attention off yourself...in Morning Joe's case, his attention on and off the air is Mika....

Who knows, but Trump might even appoint judges who follow the make-it-up-as-you-go-along philosophy of the “living Constitution” — oh, wait a minute, that is what the Democrats have done, while Trump who is appointing originalists.
