Absolutely not. Jordan has been adamant for 35+ years that Palestine will be a separate nation from Jordan.

I'll wait to see more details from more sources, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Trump administration is taking this approach. The rumblings from within the administration about Israel, Palestine and the U.S. embassy move to Jerusalem changed noticeably -- and also diminished considerably -- after VP Pence met with King Abdullah of Jordan within the last two weeks.

Arabs will only accept 2-state solution with “Right of return” to either state.

In other words, they want TWO MUSLIM STATES.

Israel has been willing to negotiate for a long time, but NOT WITH THAT PRECONDITION, which would be SUICIDE for their existence as a Jewish state.

Since it’s never happened, I assume Jordan doesn’t want that.
