I believe the 9th Circuit Court is mostly political. During the hearing I don’t think the reading of the law actually came up. All the extraneous BS was discussed.
He should read the following like Donald Trump did:
Chapter 12 of U.S. Code which states: “Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants, or impose on entry of aliens any restrictions may deem to be appropriate.”
Then ask those other judges: “What part of that do you not understand?”
“All of you should retire as you plainly are lying about your decision”
I still believe even the 9th Circuit will overturn Robart’s order.
“This is exactly why all the tech companies are fighting him over the 7 country ban.”
Correct. They and many other leftist interests are terrified by the prospect of this precedent. That’s why they are pulling out all the stops.
Can the 9th Circuit be dissolved? It seems at one time I heard someone talking about being able to simply do away with the court.
Then ask him to do so. Go to Whitehouse.gov and find your way to the contact page. Select "Reflections for the President" from the little drop-down menu, fill in your pertinents and go at it.
Nana: I wish President Trump would call them illegal aliens...

Good idea. I just did I sent the following:
President Trump,
I pray you and your lovely family are well.
Sir, I voted for you and supported you in both the Tennessee primary and the general election in November. I worked at your local headquarters in Cleveland and spent hours and days at the phone bank. I stood down the street from my local election precinct holding signs all day encouraging others to vote for you. My county gave you one of the highest percentages of votes in the country.
I have only had about one complaint about you since you came down the elevator with our beautiful First Lady, Melania. You continue to do this one thing I object to: to the extent that I must grit my teeth each time you do so.
Sir, I am an immigrant from New Zealand . I immigrated to America just like Mrs Trump and your own sweet mother did. I was in the United States Air Force when I became an American citizen and proudly wore my uniform to the naturalization ceremony. (and cried all day in awe and gratitude.)
Anyone who entered the United States without prior permission, and is living here illegally, did not immigrate and is not an immigrant of any sort.
He or she is an ILLEGAL ALIEN.
What they have done and are doing has nothing to do with IMMIGRATION. They have not performed one of the several and varied requirements that our immigration laws include in the steps to being an immigrant.
Sir, I appreciate you as my president and the things you are planning and trying to accomplish in order to protect our citizens from dangerous persons from other countries, and persons who should not be here.
I am an American citizen, now, but during the 45 years I have lived in America, I have always called those persons who did not immigrate, but came here illegally by the term our immigration laws use: ILLEGAL ALIENS.
There is a difference between me and illegal aliens; a vast difference. Immigrant is a treasured term. Please do not continue to call them immigrants. Please stop using the term that I have a right to as someone who DID immigrate.
They are ILLEGAL ALIENS. Please call them that.
Thank you for being my president,
Yours Sincerely,

Nice letter.
Nice letter.
OUTSTANDING letter...couldn’t agree more!
I like the way you think. Too bad Trump can’t force the super costly private schools to take on the thousands of refugee children.
Attorneys are persons with a law degree and some are licensed to practice law and others are not, or are no longer, licensed to practice law. How does a person with a law degree become a former attorney?
How does a person with a law degree become a former attorney?

be a president or a candidate for president or a first lady...
Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Barak Obama, Michelle Obama...
all are former attorneys...
YES!
A person is an attorney by virtue of possessing a law degree, not by virtue of holding the job of a lawyer or practicing law.
WJC, HRC, BHO, and MRO each formerly practiced law but none of them lost their law degree by virtue of becoming a candidate for president, president or first lady, as the case may be. If these persons still have a law degree, as each does, why are they former attorneys? (The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois, www.iardc.org, currently lists BHO and MRO as attorneys, not former attorneys, on its online database).
the Clintons were disbarred and I thought the Obamas had lost their licenses also...
I could not have put it any better.
You leave the industry and retire your license. Beats paying $800+ per year to keep it current.
Then you get a lot of therapy.
I believe all of them lost their licenses. Bill was disbarred. Michelle resigned with disciplinary charges pending.
Becoming an attorney is a two step process. You get your law degree. Then you have to pass the state bar exam and get a law license.
A lot of people get disgusted with the businesses and resign our licenses because in some states bar dues are astronomical, plus you have to do CEUs.
Gorsuch will be lucky to be on the bench by April.
