LOL! I think he was probably cussing the whole scenery thing! At that time it was snowing heavily!

There was probably a WHOLE lotta cussing going on in that truck! LOL

I imagine so! He had the hood [which is like the whole front end] of the truck up for a while, and I was hoping that he wasn’t sitting there in the cold while waiting for someone to rescue him.

Momentarily not distracted at the time. :-)

Not so much now. Daylight overseas so making the nest cam rounds, checking the weather. Too much snow in Europe. BRRR.

But a pretty sunrise at Latvia.

Not a good day for the poor guy.

I just noticed that myself. Haven’t seen or heard any squonking yet, though!

Better enjoy it...since neither of us see many sunrises here. LOL!

Run the video back to 8:15:32 and you’ll see Lady arrive. She didn’t stay long though.

These eagles aren’t very noisy. VERY little squonking when they’re together.

I see plenty of sunrises. LOL!

Oh, of course you do! LOL! That’s about the time you GO to sleep! :)

She was sitting on that nest like she was dreaming of being a mate and mom! LOL!

Hope her dream comes true! :)

Yes, it is. LOL! Don’t see them so much during winter but the rest of the year, I do.

She’s usually the first to arrive. Vents must sleep in and shows up later with her in tow. It was quite late yesterday morning before he made his first appearance of the day. Maybe he’ll be earlier today so you can see him.

I guess I missed him live and I need to get to sleep so I can be up when our guests are up and getting ready to head to the doctor’s at 10.

You didn’t miss him. He hasn’t shown up yet. They must be out hunting together or whatever else eagles do to get to know each other. They’ve only been together a week or so and need to bond.

I hope tomorrow’s eye surgery does the trick so your friend won’t have to endure any more of them. She’s in my prayers.
