Yeah, the idiot judge based his ruling, in part, on the notion that the states who are party to the lawsuit would “likely suffer irreparable harm”. Well, so what? Since when is a US President’s foreign policy to be held hostage by how individual states see a foreign policy issue, and since when do federal courts get to usurp and control the foreign policy of the US?

Also, with respect to foreign policy decisions, it seems to me that any given state could claim that any particular foreign policy decision, on immigration or otherwise, would or could cause them harm of one form or other. This would constitute a very nebulous and arbitrary argument. If this notion is allowed to stand, the President would be rendered completely powerless to defend the nation. This ruling MUST be reversed, post haste.

Robarts should be impeached.

Impeach, charge with treason.

If there's an attack from any of the seven (or more) muslim terrorist nations, hang the bastard.

And impeach, try and hang the entire Ninth Circus Court.

>> How about another option?

If people would stop calling him Judge, he wouldn’t be so called.

My sense is that the judge’s order cannot stop deep inquiry of anyone still entering. Going through customs has always been necessary even for US citizens.

Yes. A district judge is a lifetime appointment.

The House could do that about this judge usurping both the power of the president and that of congress.

That could constitute judicial misbehavior, which would be a cause of action for House Judiciary Committee to bring an impeachment against this judge. That wold be a good idea.

They have a weird definition of a state suffering irreparable harms. Seriously, they consider a professor missing his teaching dates to be state/national irreparable harm.

That is ridiculous and doesn’t begin to compare with national security interests.

Without the example of a rotten anti Constitutional judge being impeached, President Trump’s America will fail because of criminal courts.

Another Bush embarrassment and failure in the judge nomination realm.

Any judge who exceeds his authority and effectively countermands the president ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE 100% INCORRECT is unfit for office and should be immediately impeached.

We can’t have every federal judge in the country thinking they can control the president by court order whenever they disagree with him.

Granting separate federal judges (I think there are 1 or 2 hundred of them) the individual power to shut down the government is a policy of the ignorant.

Whoever thought that was a good idea, and those who continue it are clearly stupid. And I’m not just name-called in using the ‘stupid’ word.

I mean they truly do lack the ability to think.

I think that every second of this judge’s life needs to be put on the table. All the way back to his high school year book. Put him on the defensive; make him explain everything he has done in the last 60 years.

I know that the Progressivism and other ‘ISMs’ that seem to infect almost ever single institution in this country didn’t start w/ Bush Sr, Clinton, Bush Jr or obama. The roots were sown long ago. But, the damage those 4 have done to this country, is so little time, with help from their unions, radical 60s hippies that somehow managed to reach the upper levels of government, corporate America, education, justice system, law enforcement, etc, has been quite unbelievable. Shame that so many have their heads in the sand. They’re convinced that since nothing directly affects them, it isn’t a bad thing.

At some point, we’re going to have to deal with the consequences of these actions. People will die. Lots of people will die. Maybe, just maybe, the people will finally wake up, as if there isn’t a reason for them to have woken up already.

So sad that people forget what happened in Oklahoma City, NYC in ‘93, NYC in ‘01. I’m sure that most people couldn’t even tell what happened in San Bernadino.

Recently, there has been conversation that the 9th circuit is too big and needs to be split in two. They handle too many cases, they lean to the Left and that’s where all the Lib’s do their judge shopping.

If it were to be split up, then they’d lose half their case load...good thing.
Apparently there are some vacancies, either actual or coming up soon, that Trump can fill. If that happens, then the court can at the very least be shifted to the center, if not to the Right....Good thing

With two thirds of the Senate needed for conviction it will never happen AND the dems would spin it as a big defeat for Trump.
