From time to time over the years, the eminent historian Daniel Pipes has lamented that treason, not just as a crime but as a concept, appears defunct in the West. The question of bringing treason charges against jihadists has been raised from time to time. Often its very asking proves Dr. Pipess point: Most radical Islamic terrorists are not American citizens; as to them, treason is not a cognizable offense because traitorous conduct is central to the crime. Even against American jihadists, a treason charge is of dubious usefulness. The 1996 overhaul of federal counterterrorism law codified crimes tailored to terrorism that are easier to prove than treason. The aim of an indictment in a national-security case should be the surest route to the severest sentence. The point is not to teach a civics lesson, regrettable as our education systems default has been in that regard

If I or anyone else decided one day to take a sledge hammer go down to my local store and start smashing his windows and store front I would be arrested and charged why are we not doing this to these Cretans? At the least destroying private property is a crime and should be punished, period!
They are protect by someone in a high political position. They are exempt from having to obey the law[s]. If you want see the police go into action, give one of the anarchists, a dirty look, you don’t have to touch or threaten them, only look hard at them. Do that to them when the police are around them [and they are always where the anarchists are to protect them] and see how quick your butt is in jail.
I guess that’s an option in places where they will actually arrest them.
Break a window at a “Church of Scientology” and see what happens.
Prosecute the rioters or they will win. Police and local governments must enforce lawful/proper laws.
Rioters are just like Islam, with face masks and fire setting and destroying things. Fortunately, they haven’t starting using IEDs, yet. But, they Islamic comrades will be helping do that soon, I suspect.
RICO. You have to charge them with felonies to get them to roll over on their organizers. Then follow the money trail upward.
I don’t believe I’ll try that experiment.
(btw, great screen name)
You are so right. Guess what? Well, either Trump and Co do something about it, or you and I will.
Because we aren’t left with any other choice, the end game is here and I’m ready to roll.
And those who fund them and their TERRORISM! (George Soros)
IT is called Anarcho-Tyranny.
The law is only enforced against the law-abiding.
Didn’t mayor of Bezerkley order the cops not to arrest the rioters?
If the Beserkley po-lice decided not to intervene in the riot, then store owners should've started shooting the arsonists and rioters. That's a quick way to get the police involved and to make the rioters head in another direction.
I keep hearing that.
If they don’t start arresting them, then people will take matters into their own hands and shots will be fired. I guarantee that.
Let’s roll, those with eyes to see, see very clearly now. There is not nuance left.
Give it time. Pappy Sessions is close to confirmation. After that, the right heads are gonna roll...just as God designed it:
“For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but bad. Do you want to be unafraid of the one in authority? Then do what is right, and you will have his approval. For he is Gods servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not carry the sword in vain. He is Gods servant, an agent of retribution to the wrongdoer. “—Romans 13
Obviously God sometimes upends nations and this falls apart, but nonetheless He wants this as the norm in the present age. Sessions strikes me as a man He can use for this purpose.
a great many of the rioters appear to be paid for by Soroz.
cut off the $$$$ and a LOT of the rioting, disruption, and intimidation of innocent American citizens... will stop
just saying.... best way to remove a poisonous plant in your garden is at its root (trimming the branches only gets you so far, the poisonous plant is still there...growing...growing...growing in your garden...)
