I want to hear somehow where the slowness to act on taxes and obamacare is coming from...McConnell, Ryan, Preibus with Ryan or Trump himself.

Good morning on this Super Bowl day, used to be a big day in America but the traitors who want to destroy our country definitely want to destroy football as it is mostly in America that the sport is loved and appreciated.

Rooting for the Patriots this morn as a) the Ravens are not playing and b)All of my beloved deceased husband’s family is from Massachusetts.

As always, thank you AB for reliably doing this thread. Thank you Bray for weekly wisdom and thank yon commenters for fleshing it out for us all.

Lately we’ve had some great commenters so please keep up the good work.

Week Just Passed

Again they protest. Judges change the legal edicts of the President, who we DID elect, NOT the judge.

I almost joined a protest against the groundhog for declaring more winter but if missed, there’s plenty more protests.

I got a flash of wisdom this past week that I shall share with you all.

Somebody is desperately trying to start a civil war.

I am pretty sure it’s the Huma Abedin/Valerie Jarret crowd, helped by Soros, Hillary and Obama.

For none of them love America. The two Muslim Brotherhood members on that list want Sharia law and Muslims taking over this country.

Soros, formerly a traitorous Nazi, wants to tear America apart using his endless funds. With a world filled with stupid and cowardly Muslims, Soros will become King.

Obama is a good time charlie guy, nice creased pants, eats a lot of cilantro, got a somewhat charming nature. He’d love to be chief of staff to Emperor of the World….George Soros.

And Hillary is a loser from day one and she wants to rise again to the joy and songs of those who abandoned her.

They’ve tried everything, as y’all know. They recounted, they bribed, and goodness knows they marched. If Trump so much as farts in public they will keep marching and eventually, you know what?

People like us are going to get sick of having our traffic jammed, or having constant tumult and turmoil. Sooner or later we will begin to protest our own hard-working and law-abiding selves.

At some point someone will throw a punch, fire a shot, shout an obscenity. Fights will break out and all across the planet the world will tsk-tsk and point out how terrible that awful experiment called America turned out.

It’s all they have left, people, to start a civil war, to hope that the rest of the world will somehow join in.

Because already they have marched three intelligence agency members out of the State Dept, names are Mohammid and Mohammid and Mohammid.

Folks, our intelligence agencies are filthy with traitors, all surreptiously snuck in and put in high places by the gang from the Muslim Brotherhood listed above.

How will it begin? Because no way are Americans going to sit down and watch our country taken over. Sure, we got fooled, or we weren’t fooled but didn’t know what to do, in these past eight years but now we got someone draining that swamp.

We are finding out the truth on these people and with the help of a bunch of paid idiot rioters, it never ends.

Will President Trump urge us to take to the streets? Will Rush Limbaugh, perhaps Sean Hannity, blare out the Clarion Call?-the name of my most recent book by the way.

Most important question of all, will yon reader join the battle?

On a Personal Note

I don’t want to dwell on this too much right now but something terrific, and also incredibly sad, happened last week.

Within the year, I predict, you will see my story on either Dateline or 20/20. I already turned down Dr. Phil, twice, but he’s not totally out of the picture.

My Munchaussen afflicted daughter, she who loves to make herself sick and who wants to be homeless, I am not making this up, lost total and complete custody of her daughter.

She is a beautiful child, now 13, desperately needed a mother but her mother abandoned her. But she now has no mother. Her mother almost killed two dogs, got five bogus restraining orders on her husband and put him in jail, wrongly, seven times. She got two bogus restraining orders against me, a 66 year old woman with circulatory issues that have me declared handicapped and walking with a limp and a cane. SHE is 27 years younger than me and outweighs me by 50 pounds yet this county’s Family court declared me a danger to HER, all because I tried to save a suffering dog.

Now the gubmint is all embarrassed because who the hell hasn’t she fooled in the 40 years of her life? She puts ticks on herself so she’ll get Lyme disease, she desperately wants Lyme disease.

Anyway…..she not only lost total custody of her child, sole custody being give to the child’s father, who she had given fake restraining orders and threw In jail, how the hell bad can he be?

But she finally cashed that ten thousand dollar cashier check and signed off all rights to the house, get this, that I bought her.

Indeed I bought her a house, gave her my dead husband’s car, which she destroyed, and took them all to Disney World. As a child she led a charmed life although she tells everyone I abused her.

She had a house, a car, I lived across the street and I paid for every damn thing.

So why did she lose custody of her child with the SPCA coming to take away her dog?

Well it’s the saddest damn story but I AM FREE!

She ripped out all the appliances of this house, she painted huge black paintings on the walls. She hated that house, she does not want a house.

Munchausen patients do NOT want a permanent home and they don’t want a family. In all my studies of the manner, including collaberating with the American expert on this mental disorder, we learn that they will throw their family aside, including their children evidently, and travel the country, in and out of hospitals because they are addicted to hospitals and attention. They can’t stay in one place because sooner or later people are on to her. Sussex county is now on to her, I suppose, but what about those of us beaten with an emotional baseball bat with help from the gubmint? Oh, but they get federal funds for abused women don’t they?

I wrote a book about her in 2005, dedicated to her as follows: “To Melissa, who I only want to be happy.”

Yeah, I still got the book and a whole bunch of people have read it. Titled “Attention, Please” because my trials and tribulations with my daughter began when she turned twelve. I knew something wasn’t right but I did not know what. I only knew I took her to the doctors as they instructed and she went into the hospital as often as she could.

Well it’s all in the book.

The bigger issue now, folks, is not my mentally ill daughter. We all have children or family that have issues.

IT’S THAT THE GOVERNMENT GOT INVOLVED! They should have not did the things they did and soon I will be testifying before the Delaware state legislature. And maybe Dr. Phil…..soon.

Again, the biggest news this week is she can no longer be a constant terror to me. She now had no legal right to enter that house, THAT particular fact being the basis of every legal order she managed to fool the lesbians in Sussex Family court was where she was being abused. Then she wrecked the house, that I took out a second mortgage on MY house to buy, what I worked for my whole life.

I had to pay her ten thousand dollars BUT I GOT MY LIFE BACK.

My granddaughter spent two half hour sessions in the judge’s chambers where she told the judge she did NOT want to live with her crazy mother.

The gubmint people….it’s a hell of a story but for now, be happy that she’s gone from my life.

Be sad that one very innocent child lost her mother, with a little help from the gubmint.

Well, this looks like the first Sunday in a long time that Kellyanne is not on one or more shows. What do you think? I thought she had a cold last week. Maybe they don’t want to overuse her? After all, her job is supposed to be counselor, not press spokesman. Interesting that Pence has to take all the arrows today for upholding the 7 country temporary ban.

I don’t think many will agree with this but hear me out:

Since the US Judge for Western Washington, Judge James Robart, banned the implementation of the Executive Order to keep certain nation’s citizens from entering the United States, we now find the 9th US Circuit Court has REFUSED to stay his immediate ban, therefore I think the Trump administration should wait before proceeding.

I think the Constitution is CLEAR that the EO was valid and Constitutional, and therefore, cannot be ruled against strictly on a partisan basis. NO Federal Judges decisions should ever be made over politics—the fact the Left so desires this is one of the main things that are wrong with this country.

There will still be a full hearing at the 9th Circus, but there’s no guarantee they will do the right thing. In fact, they’re probably going to double down.

If that happens, and Trump appeals, it goes to the Supremes, who are currently divided 4-4, and I’m sorry, but we CANNOT rely on Anthony Kennedy or even John Roberts.

If Trump tries to get this fixed FAST, he will wind up with it being decided by the 4-4 SCOTUS. If the decision is tied, the previous court ruling—the 9th Circus—applies.

That would be devastating!

So, we now have a nominee—who is a great, Constitutional Jurist—in Neil Gorsuch. MOREOVER, he used to clerk for Anthony Kennedy, and in my opinion, will ensure Kennedy does the right thing, Constitution-wise.

How long will his nomination fight last? I do believe he will ultimately be seated, but it will take some time.

Therefore, if the full 9th Circus rules in favor of partisan politics and feelings, rather than the Constitution, as they should, but so often do not, we need to wait for Gorsuch to be seated in order to ensure the Constitution prevails.

In the mean time, we need to press the President and Congress to reel in Judicial Activism. Serious, and bigly. Maybe even an Amendment proposing term limits (who in 1787 thought the average life span of an American would be 80 years plus?) and other things.

The current crisis, which the Left has created and where their Judges have ignored the Constitution as written, just might give impetuous to the nation to once and for all fix this mess called Judicial Activism.

Some of the intelligence “gang of 8” are on the shows today.

The media should be asking them questions about this article, but they won’t. What a cesspool Obama and the Rats created.

Here’s the ‘scoop’ on the Australia/Turnbull phone call & the facts are ugly. MORE treachery by Obama with an assist from Turnbull. No wonder Trump was pissed off when he heard what Obama had done .... I’m sure there are more Obama sabotages yet uncovered/discovered.

***********************************************************
The account of the conversation with Australian Prime Minister Turnbull was equally suspect, but more importantly it exposed another piece of treachery by Obama and former Secretary of State John F. Kerry. The impeccable reporter Shoshana Bryen explains the underhanded post-election deal and why Trump has every reason to scotch it.

Australia wants to prevent immigrants arriving by sea and has dumped them on the islands of Nauru and Manus where they are kept in utterly appalling conditions, creating a public relations nightmare for the Australian government. Bryen writes:

In September, Turnbull agreed to resettle Central American refugees who were in a processing center in Costa Rica. At the time, Australian officials said firmly there would be no quid pro quo. “There will not be a people swap,” announced Scott Ryan, a special minister of state. The American agreement to take Australian internees came two months later, providing a convenient way for Mr. Turnbull to keep his promise to his people and get rid of people who had become a public relations disaster.

Then-Secretary of State John Kerry worked out the deal with Australia to “fast track” the immigrants, but did not tell Congress. In November, responding to information it received, WND reported that the chairmen of the House and Senate judiciary committees demanded details:

“Congress only learned of the deal through media reports two weeks ago [November, 2016] and — according to a letter sent to administration officials by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), and Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) — the deal is not only a matter of grave national security concern, but it could be illegal.”

It would be illegal if the deal was considered a treaty negotiated by then-Secretary Kerry. According to the Constitution, it would have to have been sent to Congress for ratification.

Asked if he had discussed the deal with then-candidate Donald Trump, Turnbull said, “We deal with one administration at a time and there is only one president of the United States at a time.” But Donald Trump is now president and his decision appears to have left the Australian government with few choices.

Asked if there was a “Plan B” for Australia, Turnbull said he was examining several options, but that Australia would not back down on its decision not to let those refugees stopped at sea enter the country:

“Our expectation naturally, given the commitments that have been made, is that it will go ahead. The only option that isn’t available to [the refugees] is bringing them to Australia for the obvious reasons that that would provide a signal to the people smugglers to get back into business.”

Whether there is an agreement to be had between the United States and Australia for the resettlement of Australia’s interned population or not, it is clear that this deal had more to it than the Obama Administration — or the Turnbull government — wanted to admit. The United States and Australia both had reasons not to admit the migrants closest to their borders, but trading Central Americans who wanted to come to the U.S. for Muslims who wanted to reach Australian shores would allow Turnbull to keep a campaign promise and Obama to divert attention from the massive breach of America’s southern border.

When news of the deal broke this week, Australians supported Trump’s refusal to abide by it:

1) Chronology is important here.

1. Ten months out from U.S. presidential election, Turnbull visits U.S. He meets Hillary and snubs Trump.

2. In the weeks leading up to U.S. presidential election, Turnbull does a deal with a dead [sic] duck president.

3. Turnbull and Obama agree to not announce it (hide the deal) until the U.S. presidential election is over. They both want Hillary to get up, and the deal would be excellent ammunition for Trump in a campaign dominated by illegal immigration.

4. Trump wins. Turnbull panics.

5. Turnbull has to call Greg Norman to find out how to get in touch with Trump.

6. Turnbull announces deal publicly five days later, and before he has spoken to Trump about it.

7. Trump understandably gives him a smack down on the phone.

8. Turnbull spins the phone call, and in desperation to announce something good in his otherwise failing prime ministership, announces the deal as done.

9. Trump is annoyed that Turnbull couldn’t keep quiet. Trump has been placed in a contradictory position that could damage him politically.

10. Trump gives Turnbull a smack down on Twitter, and leaks the phone call to return the favour.

The problem exists because of Turnbull, and Turnbull alone.

– At no point has Turnbull invested in a personal relationship with Trump. Mostly because he exists in the same elitist bubble as people who predicted a thumping Hillary win.

– He did a sneaky deal with left wingers and helped hide it from voters in the U.S.

– He then tried to pump his own political fortunes up and didn’t care about the damage it might do to Trump.

Turnbull has to go. He is damaging the Liberal party and the nation.

MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Pence; House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis.; Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.

Pence has to explain National Security, Ryan explains health care legislation won’t be same model, and Pelosi is there last to refute any Republican ideas along with remind us of how Congress can pass laws that create jobs.

This week CNN had a townhall with Pelosi too, never seen a townhall after the election when Republicans are in the minority, why don’t CNN now have a townhall with both Ryans’ and Paul and Tim, Tim Ryan being the Pelosi challenger for House Minority Leader.

Suggested this yesterday for a Democrat supporter,

put a ‘free room and board’ sign outside your residence and feel good about being a liberal American contributing to the society you wish to surround yourself with.

See, under Republican leadership you can be a liberal, but under Democrats the IRS will shut down TEA Party organization and enforce an individual mandate on purchasing health care insurance.
