I have to share this. I was on the phone close to an hour and a half with Verizon tech support. The tech was in India. I requested a supervisor or an American tech because I had a hard time understanding him and because this was a medical emergency. He begged me to let him help me. I consented. Turns out, he truly did go above and beyond trying to solve the problem. At the end when we were saying goodbyes, I thanked him for being so helpful he answered “Have a nice weekend and God bless”
First time ever I heard any tech say “God bless”, took me by surprise.
