Democrats were seething Tuesday night over President Donald Trump’s decision to nominate Judge Neil Gorsuch to the U.S. Supreme Court, claiming that Trump “stole” the seat from President Barack Obama.
In a fundraising email, the Democratic National Committee said (original emphasis):
Judge Neil Gorsuch, Donald Trump’s newly-revealed Supreme Court nominee, has a legal history that shows a deep sympathy for corporate interests and an apparent disdain for workers.
Donald wants to put Judge Gorsuch in the Supreme Court seat the GOP stole from President Obama. Add your name to tell the Senate to reject his nomination.
As an attorney, Judge Gorsuch routinely represented big businesses in class action lawsuits. As a judge on the Tenth Circuit, he wrote a concurring opinion in Hobby Lobby v. Sebelius — the case that allowed employers to deny basic health care coverage to women by ruling the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive mandate was unconstitutional.

Is it just the headline writer or did the democRATS really think Trump stole Obama's pick for Supreme Court?
Trump wasn't even in office and didn't control that the Senate didn't move on Garland.
But we should expect no matter what Trump does or doesn't do for the next four years, that the liberals are going to blame him for what ever their own deficiencies are.
Trump is the new Bush to blame.
Kennedy apparently wants to retire.
On the other hand, it is despicable that the media presents it as a viable position. Our real enemy is the media. The Democrats are just along for the free ride.

The low info voter has by now moved on from the left’s ongoing meltdown. After all the pussy protests, racial outrage, immigrant teeth gnashing, crowdgate, fashiongate, Hollywood outrage, etc., etc. they have gotten back to their sitcoms.

Trump should remove every news outlet that tells a lie about him from now on.
Announce the story in question, prove how it is a lie, and then have their reporters escorted out of the room.
I bet he only has to do it once or twice.
And then hold them responsible for any violence that resulted from their stories.
Some say they helped with an even higher ranking cover up. A long time ago obviously.
A little analysis, blocking their pick was a theft. But they love to block republican picks and will if they can. They are ruthless.
The people chose who they wanted to make the appointment, we chose Trump.
Well, no I guess. But one could consider the election of their worst nightmare as President. They will rue the day.

Extremely suspicious circumstances surrounding his death, rapid embalmment and subsequent cremation without autopsy.
Anyone dying in those circumstances would be autopsied, especially a powerful and (to some) controversial highly placed public figure like Scalia.
The local Sheriff and judge determined the death was not suspicious and no autopsy was required because there was no visible sign of foul play.
So, without the benefit of an autopsy they deduced that he died of a heart attack.
No poison bottle on the nightstand?
No bloody hammer on the floor?
No dagger in his back?
No gunshot wounds?
Heck! Must be a heart attack!
Mrs. Scalia could have demanded an autopsy but they connvinced her it wasn't necessary - after all, he died of a heart attack, didn't he?
Scalia's death and all of the people surrounding it still needs a thorough and unbiased investigation.
When the evidence has been thoroughly destroyed there is nothing left to cover up.
The Dims are desperate, and for good reason.
The beauty of the social media world is that even the low information voter, via posts by their politically savvy friends, sees all sorts of facebook posts clarifying.
I was shocked when my “low information voter” niece in Seattle posted a link in facebook to an article explaining what exactly is in the Immigrant ban and saying this whole thing is much ado about nothing.
This should scare the crap out of the #hivemind controlling the MSM. It’s just more proof that they’ve lost their power.
I am so sick of the “concern ninnies” on our side. We won. We didn’t do it with concern ninny hesitation. We are “Bravehearts!” We turn our backs to the enemy and lift our kilts to show the enemy our disdain. Bring it on!
