A majority of Americans disapprove of President Trump's work during his first week in the White House - breaking a record of how long it generally takes the majority of Americans to disapprove of a president.
On Saturday, 51 percent of Americans disapproved of Trump, a Gallup poll found.
The poll tracks daily approval ratings for Trump by surveying 1,500 Americans.
It took just eight days to reach these ratings. It took at least several hundred days for the majority of Americans to disapprove of past presidents.

The thing is, the politicians who do oppose Trump have an even lower approval rating. Most of these people aren’t happy with anyone, period.
Gallup, sure hope you know some other tricks, because this one doesn’t work anymore.

Just wondering if Trump and his people have their own private polling done because sure as hell cannot rely on these public/media polls being accurate and reliable after the crap they pulled during the campaign, doing everything to shape public opinion rather than merely reflecting it.

Too lazy to look at the internals of the poll but I am going to go on a limb here and assume 90% of those questioned were democrats.

They will go to any length in the effort to undermine the president; even if we were to stipulate these polls are accurate, they’re likely the result of people being intimidated into denying they support the EO against terrorist immigrants.
They can’t even keep their story straight - corp media said he had majority disapproval on the day he entered office (while reputable polls that didn’t completely blow the election say otherwise).
If he had a disapproval rating of 40% when elected he’s gone up 11%.
The media...just one leg of the ‘Axis of Evil’ (Hollywood/entertainment and academia being the other two).
Notice this will be the poll the media will run with vs the QP poll amd tje Rasmussen poll.
Gallup got out of the polling business I thought because they didn’t think they could do it accurately?? Yet as soon as they start back up they have not ONE positive poll for Trump.

I’m sure it;s the same old bs sampling the rest of the polls used during the campaign. The ones that showed Hillary up in Mi, PA, WI, and in FL.
