This cant happen. You cant have some psycho bitch nobody knows about getting access to the President and VP. The psycho bitch may never have had access to the VP. In a case I know of, the person recording a conversation entered the room where a meeting would take place, left a coat hanging on a coat rack with a recording device in the pocket, and then left the room before the meeting even started. There may have been no breach of the VP's security, even though PA law was clearly violated.

If she was able to enter a room where the VP and/or other VIPs would be present, and plant a device there, then if I was in charge of the Secret Service, I would definitely think there was a serious breach of security. Yes, the device was a recorder ... THIS time.

In a case yet to be discovered, the person entered the room where a meeting would take place, left a coat hanging on a coat rack with an EXPLOSIVE device in the pocket, and then left the room before the meeting even started.
