As much as these “actors” just phone it in and merely read their corny lines while letting CGI do all the work, I thought they had been on strike.

Ya my thoughts too. I watch very little TV or current movies. I watch mostly old.movies and reruns anyway. Hollywood actually made some good TV shows and movies back in the old days. But many people don’t see them because they are watching the current drivel which comes out of Hollywood.
