The Left is gearing up for a fight. Their goal is to turn 24 of the 35 "swing" districts held by the GOP into theirs while retaining their 17 dem swing districts.
This next election is vital for the next census redistricting as most of the governor mansions are up for election and they will control 2021 redistricting.
Claims and examples of voter fraud coming soon, IMHO.
Screwy boundary lines that include prisons and college campuses are one key element in the creation of a one-sided district.
Time to get familiar with GIS.
Wikipedia is your friend. A geographic information system (GIS) is a system designed to capture, store, manipulate, analyze, manage, and present all types of spatial or geographical data.
At the rate Trump is moving, it will be too little, too late!
They (and the GOP) should be far more concerned about the Senate. The next class is currently 23D+2 “independents” vs only 8 R. If all the states vote like they did for president the Republicans will be up to 61.
The republicans are defending eight (8!) US Senate seats, while the democrats are defending twenty-three (23!!!). I think the democrats will be too tied up to take many House seats, perhaps too tied up to hold all the ones they have.
It all comes down to how successful President Trump is. Fortunately, Obama set the bar so low that just not hating America, Americans, Christians, and Jews would be seen as a big win.
They will be crushed. I think Trump will suddenly become very popular with Republican candidates.
And primary challengers to RINOs will be there, too....
Also be advised that the people who work with ARC GIS/ESRI are alt left Bernie people. I know because I work with one who does maps all day long for committees to tell you what to do with YOUR land.
Maybe if they can move enough illegals into those districts
Red states will enact voter id laws. Blue states won’t unless Trump puts the hammer down. The good news is that we will now get our way in Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin-hopefully.
8 % to 15% is a Huge victory margin. Clearly they had expanded beyond 3 to 5% to get a decent number to “challenge” . ( I did not click on all districts to see biggest GOP winning margin.)
Generally true of planning culture. I work in a Planning department...I basically live a double life.
By contrast, Ballotopedia lists only 23 House ‘battlegrounds’. Even several of those had a double digit margin winner in 2016.

Funny you should mention GIS. I know someone who worked for the last Federal Census. Her job, during the Second Obamanation, entailed following up on people who had not returned their census forms.
One of the steps for each assigned address was to read and record the co-ordinates. Sent a shiver down my spine when she told me this, but, although she is pretty much a conservative, she did not understand my reaction.
Sounds like you’ve been reading their notes....
LOL they actually detailed their exact plans?
LOL
Morans.
“Maybe if they can move enough illegals into those districts”
Well, they won’t be getting anymore ‘refugees’ to sign up and vote.
And their last goal was to seat Hillary in the WH.....
