Liberal mayors and governors across America are pushing back at President Trump's immigration orders. The president took executive action on Wednesday to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, increase the number of ICE agents who work to find and deport illegal immigrants, and end sanctuary cities.

Mayors like Rahm Emanuel said not on their watch. Chicago, he insisted, will remain a sanctuary city.

Other liberal leaders pledged to protect illegal immigrants in their states.

"If there is a move to deport immigrants, I say then start with me," New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said. "If we're going to deport immigrants than who is safe?"

Be careful what you wish for, governor.

Trump addressed the Department of Homeland Security on Wednesday, pointing out an important group that's not often mentioned in the immigration debate - the families of those who lost their lives at the hands of illegal immigrants.

He said they will "never be forgotten."

What is WRONG with these mayors??????

Ask the mayor of any town in the US that doesn’t have a problem with illegal aliens, if they would like 1-10% of their population in illegals delivered to them. Ask them.

These mayors are saying they wish to protect illegals OVER actual middle class citizens. Illegals drive however they want to. They weren’t taught in the US. They break laws, and often drive intoxicated. What do you think happens when they hit your car??? They are uninsured. You eat the cost of the repairs because you can’t bleed a stone. You use your uninsured motorist and your premiums go up.

What happens to the education of your third grader, when three new illegals’ kids come into the class, who don’t read even in Spanish, and even their spoken Spanish is of poor quality? Does their education slow down or speed up?

What happens on the dinner tables of the working blue collar families when their hourly rates are undercut by other bosses using illegal labor? More food for the kids?? Hardly.

Does the town do better or worse with more gangs and drugs?

Do you enjoy flies all over your backyard when your neighbor rents to three or four illegal families who often poop in their backyard?

These mayors are either owned or crazy, turning on their legit citizens and residents!

My then husband was laid off from a white collar job in a blue collar industry the MONTH Obama was elected. It destroyed our family. It’s been a tough 8 years and winning would be pretty nice.
