(CNSNews.com) - President Donald Trump spent his first days in office using his authority to "attack womens health" and "ignore basic campaign promises," according to Democratic Caucus Chair, Rep. Joe Crowley (D-N.Y.).
"President Trump spent his first days in office obsessing over trivial nonsense and wielding the power of the presidency to attack womens health, ignore basic campaign promises thats not an encouraging sign for any of us over the next four years," Crowley said at a press conference Tuesday.
"And its not just President Trump. Congressional Republicans and their leadership are also focusing this week on furthering their attacks on womens health, instead of voting on legislation that would help grow families and their paychecks or give Americans better access to health care we will be re-litigating a womans right to choose in our nation."
"This is not how we should be spending our time here in Congress," Crowley said.
In his first four days in office, President Trump has signed an sign an executive order focused on rolling back Obamacare and a memorandum reinstating President Ronald Reagans Mexico City policy , which prohibits the U.S. Agency for International Development from giving any U.S. tax dollars to non-governmental institutions that refuse to certify that they will neither perform nor promote abortions.
The president has also signed an order withdrawing the U.S. from the Trans-Pacific Partnership Trade Agreement negotiations and signed a memorandum freezing hiring for federal agencies and also directing the Office of Management and Budget to create a plan to "reduce the size of the Federal Government's workforce through attrition."
Trump also has signed orders clearing roadblocks for completing construction on the Dakota Access pipeline and the Keystone XL pipeline.
GO, President Trump, GO!
In denial.

Is this the idiot who embarrassed himself by trying to do a Trump impression while the press stood around staring at him stone-faced?
What planet is he on? Is that Fake news?
“This is not how we should be spending our time in Congress.”

Has this guy been in North Korea the last 6 days??????
He pissed off Joe Crowley so that makes me pretty happy! GO TRUMP!!!
Don’t know but he seems dumb enough to have done it.
This sounds like it was written well before the President’s first day, but still published. It’s their fantasy about what should be going on and the narrative their focus group decided on. Unreality. Pathetic.
Does he mean Hillary’s basic campaign promises? Like NSS.
“Dem. Caucus Chair: Trumps First Days Spent Ignoring Basic Campaign Promises”
Where the heck has this moron been for the last 6 days? In Obama’s first 6 days he had already hit the links and the basketball courts with his bros.
Does he mean that President Trump is ignoring the basic campaign promises that Rep. Joe Crowley (D-N.Y.) made?
Well, I’m fine with that.
Yeah, he was ignoring Hillary's basic campaign promises.
OK, somewhere along the way the nitwits that swallow everything the dem leaders tell them have got to wake up and say WTH?
This is why I call it gaslighting. They spout the exact opposite of the truth in an “everybody knows this” sort of way and just keep repeating it.
Meanwhile, Scott Adams had this to say about it:
“In only a few days, Trump has made us question what-the-hell every other president was doing during their first weeks in office. Were they even trying? “

Holy cats! Democrats really do believe, if they say it, that in itself, makes it true. Trump has spent his first few days taking care of business, according to his campaign promises. The Left is dissolving like the Wicked Witch of the West!
