EPA Employees ‘Coming to Work in Tears’ Because of Trump Win
Washington Free Beacon ^ | 1/26/2017 | Elizabeth Harrington

Environmental Protection Agency employees have not accepted Donald Trump’s victory and are still “coming to work in tears” more than two months after the election.

“At EPA headquarters, the mood remains dark,” ProPublica reported Wednesday. “A longtime career communications employee said in a phone interview Tuesday that more than a few friends were ‘coming to work in tears’ each morning as they grappled with balancing the practical need to keep their jobs with their concerns for the issues they work on.”

Trump’s victory has been tough for bureaucrats. The State Department held stress workshops after the election so they would not “become paralyzed by fear.” EPA employees were caught crying before, just after the election, as were White House aides. Energy Department employees were granted counseling. Sobbing staffers greeted Hillary Clinton on Capitol Hill a month after her loss.

Tell me about it. We all joke about the unemployed college grad, living in their parents’ basement. In this case, it was the unemployed dad who moved himself, wife, and two adult kids into his 20-something, newly married son’s basement. None of the four adults had jobs, just living off the son and son’s wife (who both worked). Dad wasn’t even 50 YO, and “too discouraged” to try and find another job. The other adult kids had equally amazing excuses for not working, like not having their own car. When I knew the son, they had been living there for more than 5 years! I thought his wife should be nominated for sainthood.

I think steel can be made without the same amount of pollution as in the past. I could be wrong about that.

.
The EPA did nothing to clean up the air!

It was the industries that they drove out that took the imagined pollution with them to the third world.

F__ the EPA!

Their days of making up rules to prohibit all productive activity in the US are numbered.
You want a clean planet? Resign and volunteer picking up trash.

Trump should have someone look into the escrow account scam of the EPA thieves.

On of my friends owned an antique car restoration shop. There had been a dry cleaners' business next door.

Even though he was very careful to NOT pollute, the EPA goons came after his retirement savings to "pay for the cleanup" of the mess the dry cleaners left.

They have been draining the escrow account whenever they wanted money for something.

Maybe Trump's team can help him get back whatever is left.

He is a WWII veteran, a B-24 bombardier/navigator, and could use whatever is left back.

I wonder how many other bogus escrow accounts exist at the EPA. This could be quite a scandal.

Most air pollution came from cars. Four things cleaned up cars: electronic ignition, fuel injection, EGR and catalytic converters. Well the job is done you don’t need an entire agency to make sure we don’t go back to carburetors and points.

No joke, I volunteer at a Pet Rescue and a nice lady there works for the EPA. They basically handed her a gun and she came to me and asked “can you show me what to do with it”.

I did, because she is a nice lady.

You’ve been bamboozled!

The only pollution that cars make is the oxidized sulfur that comes from the catalytic converters.

Electronic ignition does nothing for a well maintained engine. Fuel injection reduces cylinder wear, but has little effect on combustion on 99% of engines.

Oxides of Nitrogen and ozone are actually beneficial to the environment, and especially to human health.

Its all a people control game.

That was a leak from some anonymous EPA employee, and the MSM ran with it. It will probably come down or be revised.

Got an unemployed teary eyed here - she fancies herself as part of the ‘resistance’

Trump is the resistance. Those snowflakes have always been useful idiots for the Establishment.

Just like any bureaucracy, they create problems to fix and more regulations against the people to enforce, in order to justify their existence and need to get bigger.
