Trump DOJ Likely to Find Many Offenses in Voter Fraud Probe, Experts Say

President Donald Trump’s Justice Department will likely find numerous offenses to warrant launching a broad investigation into voter fraud, legal experts and watchdog groups say.

Trump has said that more than 3 million to 5 million illegal votes were cast during the 2016 election, causing him to receive a lower popular vote total than his vanquished opponent, Hillary Clinton, whom he defeated in the Electoral College.

An investigation into voter fraud would not be complicated, said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, a government watchdog group.

“You can see the numbers we are talking about by looking at public voter registration lists and cross-checking that against a list of noncitizens,” Fitton told The Daily Signal. “The federal government could coordinate with state and local governments and determine who registered to vote illegally. It’s a simple process. That’s why the left is so upset. They know the jig is up.”

And now, it has been revealed that a member of the DMV has issued an order to remove all the notations that show the new Voter Registration is an Illegal person.

Seems like there is a crime, if one authorizes the destruction of records that could be used to prosecute a crime.

These are public records. I hope the California FREEPERS send public records requests to the DMV, the governor, the department of general services, and the attorney general.

Federal law should dictate that every registered voter provide his or her social security number (SSN) and vouch that their voting address is the same address as their address at the Social Security Administration (SSA).

Problem solved. Illegals don’t have valid SSN’s and the SSA knows whether or not any particular SSN is held by a U.S. citizen. Furthermore, you only have one permanent address with the SSA. If you’re registered in more than one state, only one of those states will show as your valid voting address at the SSA.

Precincts would then just have to verify with the SSA that every SSN they provide has a permanent address at the SSA from their precinct. A computer check would take seconds, spitting out all the SSN’s that had non-precinct addresses or who were no longer living.

Require that all precincts verify their voter registration list within 30 days of any election and the problem would be solved. Tack on a voter ID requirement and we’d have honest elections, even in California.

“Illegal voters” are not only illegal aliens, who may constitute a portion of the problem, but the much larger problem of deceased “voters” showing up, with some kind of bogus ID (if any at all), voting then returning to their “graves”. This happens when the voter rolls are not purged from time to time. Then there are the multiply registered voters, who may declare residency in a number of different jurisdictions, and show up at them all on Election Day (or get an absentee ballot, or vote early, for each locality).

Add to this the chicanery of ballot clerks who “lose” or “manufacture” votes, as needed, to tip the election one way or another.

LOTS of fertile ground for an enterprising US attorney to get in some serious prosecutions.

Records of registered voters are kept on a county level, usually in a Voter Registrar’s Office, sometimes called an Elections Office.

In California, copies of the voter registration records also are kept at the California Secretary of State’s Office.

The information on a voter includes the person’s home address, political party affiliation, date of birth and sometimes a phone number.

In California, to see what information a person is asked to provide when registering to vote, check the Voter Registration Form at the California Secretary of State’s website.

However, much of the personal information, such as a home address and phone number, is not open to the general public because of privacy concerns. In California, a reporter can get access to the restricted information if you can demonstrate you need it for “journalistic purposes.”

Note that they are the only ones other that state election officials (who are complicit in the fraud) that can investigate in California.

I am positive that California Democrats would lose big time in control of the state legislators. we would still be a democratically held state but the supermajority held in the house and senate would disappear and the current governor would be thrown out of office.

I totally agree .. when my mom passed away, I started getting mail at my address, with different people’s names on it. They would use a false first name, and then use my last name and address.

I did stop most of it by sending letters to the companies who sent the mail .. telling them this was “Elder Abuse” (because my mom was a senior), and there was a fine of $1,000.00 (in CA) for misusing her information.

And, my post office does help out by trying to keep that mail from my box. It’s usually from insurance companies or medical providers.

THIS HAPPENS BECAUSE COMPANIES BUY MAILING LISTS WITH THE PHONEY NAMES AND THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW IT .. or if they do know it, they don’t check to validate the info.

I also think we should have to re-register to vote every 4-6 years too ... it takes only seconds to do and helps to maintain integrity having fresh registrations to be used for verification.

I went into a California DMV office last year. Most of the employees working there were wearing their purple SEIU union tee shirts or some other shirt of the same purple SEIU union colors. Would they register illegals to vote? I would be gobsmacked if they are not registering illegals to vote.

This was a masterful move by Trump. Trump makes a claim, the media demands he prove it, so Trump agrees and orders an investigation into voter fraud. Now, the media, once again completely outmaneuvered by Trump, tries to make him look like a conspiracy theorist. I don’t recall anyone debunking any such claims, just denial; thank you Jill Stein!
