I don't think "sanctuary cities" is a correct term for those places - more like Jurisdictions in Open Revolt Against the United States. There must be investigation and documentation on government officials in those places as to the why and how they have aligned themselves with criminal aliens in a co-dependent relationship. That is how that particular problem gets ended.
