The European Union trade chief says the trade policies U.S. President Trump has set out are “doomed to fail” and that the world’s biggest trading bloc remains committed to open borders and economies.
EU Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmström said Tuesday that most countries still share the same vision of open trade and investments.
She said that “building a wall is not the answer. The success of the EU relies on our open societies.” …

With all the unwise decisions by European leaders, they cannot be taken seriously.
They should know. We’ve seen how Europe is prospering with their borders wide open and Muslims pouring in by the millions.

Success stories like Germany and France? Anyone seen the pictures of Paris now? If you are a female in Europe, you probably do not feel safe at all, what with the Muslim rapists on the prowl in absence of any manhood left in native Europe.
The truth and the EU appear to be strangers.
The EU has more trade barriers than the USA. Give me a f’ing break.
If European state borders are so 1870’s then why the fark do they want us to keep investing in NATO to defend their borders from the red menace!?

They will follow our lead soon or Europe will be the new addition to the Middle East.
Love Europe and the people, but will not travel there with their new diversity standards. 2015 went to Paris and London and Switzerland, the first two were where you had to be on guard and we had early dinners to be back at the hotel when the hoodlums came out for the evening.
The EU never was. They always played the US off the USSR before the Cold War ended; and they played politics in the Balkans against promises that Bush Senior made to Russia with respect to NATO not interfering in the former Soviet bloc (particularly Germany’s recognition of the independence of Croatia and Slovenia from Yugoslavia).
The founders of the EU always wanted to create a “third power” in the region, against the USA and not for it; and they still hold onto that. The Islamic influx is just a “beneficial crisis” to get a sufficient number of nations to give up their sovereignty (and military) to a centralized power.
Let’s check the record.

Israel’s Wall to keep out Paleo terrorists - worked.
I would agree with that sentiment IF those societies were "European", but they are letting in millions whose values are completely incompatible with traditional European values.
