This all well and good but we need to stop all funding to NGO's that fund abortion. Money is fungible. They just shift funds from one pocket to the other and if we give money to help...let's say clean water...they just take that amount from their existing clean water fund and move to fund abortion. We get to say that we're not funding abortion but we actually are. It's the same scam that PP pulls. Just stop all funding to any organization that provides abortion services. Period. Any agency that funds abortion is morally bankrupt and not deserving of American support.
