I remember reading about this like it was yesterday. What an awful, inhuman crime this was. Just horrible.

I had heard about the crimes since I lived in Northern VA at the time. I did not realize they went and killed their girlfriend accomplice afterwards.
Which probably means that Gray was going to kill Danderidge at the earliest possible moment. May be why Danderidge turned states evidence against Gray.
