They will. Their best chance of winning was to defeat us before we knew we were in a war. They were well on their way to that result when the internet came along and took that advantage away from them.
Now they have to fight in the open and they have to use hired help since they are not the type that picks up the sword themselves. Free men fighting for their country and for their families are the most fearsome force on the planet - they are going to lose.

They also lost when the Reagan administration’s FCC ditched the Fairness Doctrine. That mid-wifed the birth of alternative media while the Internet was just beginning to emerge. Now they can’t re-institute the Fairness Doctrine anymore, but even if they did, it would not stop the Internet, only radio.

“they are going to lose.”
Makes a fellow want to pick up a spear and dance around a campfire brandishing it to the beat of a drum.

Also, I think that their divergence from reality has helped to open people’s eyes. How long can you pee on someone’s leg and tell them it’s raining before the lie becomes obvious.
Their “spinning the news” to try to cover up when someone committed a random act of truth, and Describing terrorist attacks as work place violence, and so forth, getting worse each time.
If you change channels to hear the TV news, you hear the same reports, almost word for word. Clearly co-ordinated, brainwashing hogwash.
