Here is an excellent primer on the way that the UK constitution has agglomerated over the years.

There are some underpinning documents, such as a Bill of Rights from the 17th century, and of course Magna Carta.

I guess I shouldn’t have used the expression ‘Case Law’, as the primary driver of the UK constitution is the composite effect of Acts of Parliament.
