Is there a special provision in the bill to protect people who may be protesting for a worthwhile cause such as people at a Pro-Life Rally or Pro 2A Rally?

"Is there a special provision in the bill to protect people who may be protesting for a worthwhile cause such as people at a Pro-Life Rally or Pro 2A Rally?" They wouldn't be in the middle of the road blocking traffic.

I don't think it was addressed since such people don't obstruct traffic or harass citizens........

No, a distinction like that would make the law unconstitutional. Just don’t block the roadways, no matter how important you think your cause is.

I dont they should be blocking the road either.
When have they done this?
Why all the semantic questions on here.
Go to a metaphysical website for those answers.

I hope not.
You are not suppose to be blocking the road.

I don’t think the pro-lifers or pro-2A people would be disruptive. Just think of all the trash left behind by all those Tea Party events.

Such people don’t normally block roadways. Lefties do as SOP.

People at Pro-Life rallies and such tend to not interrupt traffic and break windows. No problem here.
