Gold medal Olympian turned reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, has reportedly accepted an invitation to attend Donald Trump’s inauguration. That’s why I don’t understand the hatred for him from the LBGTQWXYZ community, he is the most gay-friendly Republican candidate they’ve ever had.
Yes, it should be better understood that Jenner is not just acting out on some weird fantasy, but is truly mentally ill. He deserves sympathy and treatment much more than scorn.
Mental illness does not automatically preclude conservative views. I don't view this as pandering, only as thanking a supporter who has name recognition.

I think Trump has drawn support from democrat strong holds ie unions, Mexicans, gays and others and yes did win because of it but..
Trumps message has basically been borders, security, corruption and economy.
He got those votes without pandering to other issues. He has no promise to keep to other issues.
Conservative ideals always include responsible fiscal policy, nationalism and defense but from there the trail seems to get fuzzy.
I know many what I would say are good conservatives that occasionally smoke weed for example but do Not expect the Conservative platform to champion that BEHAVIOR.
Man can be conflicted but drawn to what is right.
The left advertises its perversions and attempts to offer a platform based on those social Behaviors and the factions of special treatment sought for race, labor and gender issues. That is their primary message.
I think the cross over votes we got this time are citizens that put their priorities in Trumps message and not the other.
Will these individuals change their behavior ? I don’t know but did they contribute to the potential of good SCOTUS appointments, security and fiscal conservatism? YES.
I accept their vote and doubt they gave it to us in exchange to support a political platform based on anything other than what they voted for.
The Jury is still out on how swishy Trump may get. After all he was a Democrat just a few years ago. Most of us former Democrats who switched stay loyal to the right but everyone’s beliefs are a matter of degree.
Don’t forget that Trump’s overriding message to the alt-sexuality community: Islamists throw you off buildings. Here, you have freedom to live. Join our coalition against admitting millions of unvetted refugees and illegals.
Once you turn in your man card, you rarely get it back. But who cares. So long as taxpayer money is not used to fund Bruce pretending at being a girl. Plus he voted for Trump and every vote counted this year. I would take a million fake women over Crooked Hillary being president.

The author, Walt Heyer, is very credible, and has written on this topic a lot. He changed genders and then changed back again after finally recognizing the child abuse he had suffered.
