Rubio tells staff doubtful he will support Rex Tillerson and will probably vote NO on confirmation.
It was obvious from his first words during the hearing today that he was not going to support Tillerson. Little Marco the snarco.

I assume that Rubio had no problems voting for Kerry.
There are democrats in red states that are up for re-election. Rubio’s vote can be replaced with one of those.
