Rubio is using Tillerson to get back at Trump for calling him “Little Marco.”
Now trying to get Tillerson to say Putin is a “war criminal.” Tillerson is non-commital, saying he would like to review the entire file. Rubio is incensed.
No doubt Rubio is getting ready to deep-six Tillerson’s nomination when the vote comes.

Something that we learned from a WikiLeaks dump (not the first one) mentioned that there were/are three GOPs on Hillary’s payroll. Maybe we’re finding out who they might be.
