Oddly enough, the guy who was most likely to have done that fraud was Bill Burkett, I worked at the same company as he did once. Know him personally.
Of course he denies it, but he probably did it. If he did not create that document he delivered it.
It was done at the Kinko’s right off Buffalo Gap Road in Abilene, TX. Bill did not live far from there.
I did not know him well, we were both outside salesmen for that company. I lived in NM (when I worked with him) and he in TX.
