Good he didn’t have the one holdout like the Boston marathon bomber.
Black groups will issue a statement saying this is ‘not enough’.
And yet, there will be some (his victims relatives) who will renounce his penalty.
Charles, the shooter did not commit an interstate crime. Therefore, the feds cannot charge him with murder, only federal crimes such as “hate crime” laws. He could have been tried in state court but that probably would have taken longer and been subject to the possibility of jury nullification by southerners with a list of grievances against blacks.
I would have preferred to have it tried by the state and not the feds but the end result, in this case, will be roughly the same.

The same reasoning should be used when judging muzzie terrorists — Why or when a muslim terrorist has become “radicalized” should not be of our concern. It leaves the gate open for all kinds of psychoanalysis and excuses that are distracting to the issue at hand.

Hope he doesn’t outlive the survivors on death row.
