Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) had many anxieties and fears about Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) nomination to attorney general, she said in her opening statement during his confirmation hearing on Tuesday. Can he effectively dispatch himself from President-elect Donald Trump and his record, she wondered. In particular, Feinstein insisted that Sessions job does not include the prosecution of former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, who we all know abused her email use and put national security at risk. During the 2016 presidential campaign, Trump suggested that he was going to hire a special prosecutor to look into her situation.
An attorney general does not prosecute at direction of the president, Feinstein said. Nor, she said, does he or she wear two hats one as the presidents lawyer and one as the peoples lawyer.

But Obama’s AG’s wore the hat of a sh*t shoveler. Go figure.
What country has she been living in?
Well, yeah. He kinda does.

Who does she think she is? What a pompus a$$
The filthy RATS are sooooo afraid of Trump, they just cannot control themselves.
Dear Ms. Feinstein:
Hillary Clinton admitted to her crimes in her eMails that are now public.
Donald Trump did not force her to write those eMails at the point of a gun.
Senator Sessions would be shirking his duty as U.S. Attorney General if he didn’t go after her.
What’s more, you damn well know it.
Any corrupt senator might have many anxieties and fears about Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) nomination to attorney general
Perhaps she fears the trail may lead back too close to home? : )
Doesn’t Feinstein funnel money to her hubby? Why isn’t this b*tch in prison..oh yeah, almost forgot..she’s a Democrat, they dont go to jail
Mr. Sessions, please investigate Senator Feinstein’s activities while you are at it........
Thanks to their god in the white mosque, Rats still don’t know any better than to talk down to anyone smarter than they are who disagrees with them.
The atty general prosecutes on the facts... as a prosecutor. Feinstein is quite worried about being exposed, along with the DNC criminals. After all... she VETTED mr. obamaumao as a “natural born American” ... when he provably is NOT. And that’s just one minor aspect, considering how much the “scary looking assault rifle (not)” anti-2nd Amendment Statist is up the Clinton crime family syndicate’s tail end (she and her federal real estate rip-off husband— See Navy Island in San Francisco and the obamaumao-GSA connex to it’s “sale”).

Backing off on questions about it is one thing; going after illary is something else altogether.
HotlantaMike had an observation about it; could be a special prosecutor or fed grand jury:

Us deplorables seem to have gotten past our “anxieties” and “fears” of 8 years under 0bama regime. Probably in no small part due to we were so busy working and paying taxes, so we could shoulder the massive public welfare programs and pay for 0bamacare for millions.
“Feinstein and her husband are corrupt, crooked smoking piles of shhiitt!”
again, if we could find the brand name(s) of their CA wines, their inventory would certainly go UP! and STAY UP!
It’s just a okay for them to do it.
They always expect to have the benefit of the double standard don’t they?

He’s fair game also, along with illary.
