Well, if “acting stupidly” is a defense for black perpetrators of crime, then we should just stop arresting or charging blacks for all crime, including violent crimes. That’s their automatic defense. He’s basically just admitting that blacks can’t be held to same standards as everyone else, because, well, .....because they’re stupid. Nice job Mr. Democrat.
