Even The Huffington Post cannot let the down-ballot gutting of the Democrats go unnoticed. Senior politics editor Sam Stein was on MSNBCs Morning Joe Wednesday, where he said that while Obama was re-elected twice proving himself to be an excellent candidatehis party has suffered catastrophic losses during his presidency. In all, the Democrats have lost 1,030 seats at the state and federal level, a wipeout of at least a generation of Democratic talent. Stein added that with such a political butchers bill, you have to ask whether this man was good for Democrats (via The Hill):

It’s easy to blame the figurehead even though the real culprits are those that ignored every warning sign and enabled the ascention. Obama was never really our problem.
2018 & 2020 are going to be as devastating for the mules as the past 3 election cycles have been.
The past 6 years of Democratic election disasters are all Russia’s fault obviously.
Donald Trump is not an ideologue.
He's going to get into office and get things done. So he's not going to pander to conservative groups who will get angry because Trump didn't go far enough.
But that's going to kill the Democrats and their poisonous brand of identity politics. Because Trump's policies will benefit all Americans. And then Democrat supporters will look at the Democrats, who are always talking about "fighting for you" and say, "Well, Trump's already doing that. What do I need the Democrats for?"
Dorkbama the Muslim eunuch is now and always was a loser.
He was elected because low IQ liberals believed the race card.
Period.
There are many many qualified talented African-Americans out there.
Trouble is, none of them are liberal.
Thanks for the succinct summary of every speech Zero has ever given. I'm guessing your summary will hold good as predictions for any future speeches, as well.
You claim that Obama was good only for Obama. I'm questioning if even that will hold true, if the Dimocrats ever come to terms with the damage he has done to everything in sight (and beyond). That seems pretty unlikely as long as the drugs hold out and they are in good supply, so maybe you are 100% correct.
I believe Clown Dunce nobama was bad for the DIMocRATs and a failure...he did not completely destroy and eliminate them and their LIB buddies.
Just now waking the F up?
No you don’t. You don’t have to ask. Keep going. You know you’ve hit the jackpot, now is no time for navel-gazing. 0bama was cool. Very cool. So cool he chilled y’all out. No longer can we for too long not the people we are. Oh, those were golden words; inspiring, promising the scaling of new heights previously undreamt of.
Whatever you do, don’t stop now!
He’s moving on to the position of Secretary-General of the United Nations.
And don’t bring up any “eligibility” nonsense.
The reason he turned ICANN over to the UN is because ICANN can assess fees, AKA taxes, on all countries connected to the Internet.
A United Nations with global powers of taxation is the de facto world government.
With Obama in office the voters instinctively knew down ticket democrats would be superfluous since Barry had that pen and his phone.
The fight has only just begun!
After the Israel debacle at the UN, with any luck, Trump will pull us out (and get the UN out of the US). Maybe Zero will accidentally do some good and have a bad effect on that fine outfit. May his presence help Trump once again in that endeavor.
Think positive or do you think the UN is clever enough to avoid the dose of poison he represents?
I guess that is somewhat like expecting the Dimocrats to see all the good he would do for them 8 years ago.
0bama is great for 0bama and his sycophants.
Jimmah Carter is no longer the worst president in history.
You can die now Jimmah.

Hussein was NOT re-elected twice.
Loss of congress because Blacks don’t turn out in off year elections
The GOP has a great opportunity
They better not act like arrogant hacks and screw things up
Somebody better get the message to the RINOs in the Senate like McCain and Graham so they don’t fold on SCOTUS choices
