Russian hackers tied to recent cyberattacks on U.S. political organizations breached a Vermont utility, the Washington Post reported Friday.
A code associated with the Russian hacking operation aimed at the U.S. presidential election, which the intelligence community has named “Grizzly Steppe,” was detected within the Vermont system.
The Russians did not disrupt electrical operations, officials told the Post.
According to the Burlington Free Press, the city-owned Burlington Electric was the target of the hack.
Vermont Public Service Commissioner Christopher Recchia said malware was discovered on a laptop that was not connected to the grid's operations.
"The grid is not in danger," Recchia said. "The utility flagged it, saw it, notified appropriate parties and isolated that one laptop with that malware on it. . ."

Your personnel computer ? They hacked into my server that I was using in Slovakia. Yeah, not the best choice, but was cheapest at the time. They then targeted users of the server and downloaded fake bank login screens. Tried to cash a 5,000 check on my account. Was the administrator and number one user at the time. So I could see the whole operation. Kept fighting them for a few weeks then just shut it down. Did not have the time to keep undoing their hacks. And they kept getting better at it.

False Flag Predictions. Let me take a guess that it will occur between Jan 6-10. It will be an attack on a US ship or a few aircraft. Obviously near or in Syria because that is where US and Russian forces have crossed paths recently. And recent incidences in that region suggest the US Oligarchy will utilize a Gulen spy within the Turkish army. Perhaps one working currently with Russian forces in Syria.
