Must be one of those Kwanzaa ceremonies, I guess...
One thing we’ll never hear over these next 4-8 years from the White House: “The police acted stupidly”.
I hope obama/jarett/clinton get everything they’ve got coming to them.
It’s time we clamped down on these Amish thugs.
It’s here somewhere. I know it. There’s got to be a common theme.
Why all these brawls in the malls all over the country?
Even in my home state of CT, in Manchester, the mall there had to close early because of a fight there.
Brick and mortar stores are going the way of the dodo and newspapers.
I buy on line. I shop for food and other consumables in stand alone or strip mall supermarkets or clubs like Costco(you need a membership card to enter and they check your cart on the way out). Most everything else can be purchased cheaper on line.
Mall brawls across the country yesterday. Do you really need to ask?

No. Those Scandinavians get very unruly at Christmas time.
These fighters are going to further reduce the availability of entry level jobs when malls go bye-bye.
The presence of this element has killed off many malls in the past and will finish off most of the rest if it continues. Probably no way to prevent such incidents with so much area to cover seven days a week.

Yep thuggery was on display.... A few of the incident locations
Shoppes at Buckland Hills in Manchester, Conn.,
Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY,
Town Center mall in Aurora, Colo.,
Fox Valley Mall in Aurora, Ill.,
Hulen Mall in Fort Worth, Texas,
Castleton Square Mall in Indianapolis
Wolfchase Galleria mall in Memphis -
When the unpleasant visitors began to dominate, mall owners (the malls I'm familiar with anyway) didn't provide the security necessary to prevent the environment from declining. When book stores and other higher-end stores left because of the new environment, the decline was irreversible.
This obviously coordinated activity by BLM-types will probably backfire. Malls on that list I'm familiar with are the destination of the "it can't happen here" elite clueless liberal types. My suspicion....a lot of them will embrace their inner Deplorable, now that it's in their backyard.
Pure speculation....one has to wonder if this is a trial run for potential inauguration capabilities to wreak havoc.
Because society is not safe. Violent feral savages now run amok unrestrained. Let's acknowledge that.
Absolutely. But I was declaring an alternative to the malls in response to the feral animals.
I avoid the huge city/major suburb environment. and the malls by me, though ripe with jerks and criminals who shoplift, are just a little too removed from the types who riot in the malls closer to the city.
I stopped shopping in malls a couple of decades ago when I noticed that the same products were cheaper in stand alone stores probably due to the lower rents retailers have to pay. Also I found the non-mall stores more peaceful and relaxing.
When warehouse club-stores came around I hopped quickly on that bandwagon. Security is good because you have to show your membership card to enter and they check your cart when you exit.
Between Costco, Amazon and the local supermarket, I have become Mall-Free and happy to be that way.
I am not sure where the ferals shop around here. But it’s not where I go. Plenty of folks of color.....but no ferals or what I would call the ‘N’ word, which I consider a term of character and not of color.
I doubt security can solve this problem. You can’t ban every group of potential troublemakers. I know of a mall where the decline started because of groups walking around with intimidating attitudes. No fights or riots, just creating an uncomfortable atmosphere caused many to stop going there. That mall eventually closed.
It’s complicated and I don’t there is an affordable solution in some locations.
Malls are thug hangouts in cold or hot weather. Avoid...
Something stinks to high haven with these mall brawls!! Planned ...these smelled planned!
All the videos I saw were African American kids running amok by the hundreds.
Racist news footage, I guess.
Jefferson Mall in Louisville also had to close early for the same reason.

I was trying to make a joke about “black friday” and as a play on words, I said, “it’s not fair, white people should have their own shopping day too!”
To which my daughter replied, “They do. It’s called cyber Monday.”
i.e. as those that are tech-savvy abandon the malls for online and Costco, only income groups with a larger “low character” proportion will be using the malls.
This may explain why malls are having the issues they are having. And it will only continue to get worse until they close.
