The best indicator of human behavior is ... past behavior.
The fact that DHS did not complete an update security background check shows how incompetent they are.
Their primary objective is to employ ...and raise the cost of security, and not to provide security nor safety !

True, but not foolproof by any means. He was afforded a second chance because he had kept himself out of trouble for 8 years. He blew that second chance. Others have taken second changes given to them and turned their lives around and become positive productive citizens.

Sex crimes are one of those crimes that are handed out too liberally in my opinion.

The real sex crimes that involve forcible rape and crimes against children are warranted.

An 18 year old having sex with a 17 year old is not warranted.

So not knowing exactly what his sex crime involved it's hard to tell the seriousness of that label he is stuck with for the rest of his life.
