Isn’t this what the Obama Regime wants? Employers can’t ask applicants about their criminal history, and past convictions can’t be used as a reason for rejection.

I don’t see why this is surprising, given Obama’s designs.

Hopefully Trump will return some sanity to the regulations.

But they knew all of that anyway. What they didn't know were the convictions since he was hired. Some people just cannot keep their nose clean, for they are their worst enemies.

What would actually be very helpful is if Trump made it illegal for prospective employers to ask how long you were employed at previous jobs.

Here me out on this. If you’ve been working at temp/gig jobs because that’s all that offered you a position (or you worked at a real job that closed or offshored or downsized) your work history ‘looks bad’ and you have to either lie or go with a bad work history. It’s effectively a criminal record without a trial or jury being involved.
