President Obama warned Russia on Friday not to wage cyberwarfare against the United States, saying, “We can do stuff to you” as he defended his handling of Moscow’s alleged hacking of Democrats’ emails to influence the 2016 election.
“Our goal continues to be to send a clear message to Russia or others not to do this to us, because we can do stuff to you,” Obama told reporters at his final press conference of 2016.

You just can’t make this up!
Obama has interfered in other nation’ elections and internal affairs all over the globe, including considerable responsibility for the loss of hundreds of thousands of lives in Syria: Methinks this is a case of the “log in your own eye.”
Besides, whoever was responsible — I suspect a half dozen or more entities hacked the DNC — the leaks were really just an aid to Obama’s stated desire for transparency in Government, right? (Do I really need to add a /s?)

Why should Trump belittle himself when he will do as all leaders do. Just do what he promised and this asshat will be relegated to the same heap as Carter but now Carter will no longer be the king of that ant hill.
