So, he is saying that the Russians hacked the DNC and gave the info to Wikileaks, but he stopped hacking of voting machines by threatening Putin on his last trip overseas? Lol!
“Russians were responsible for hacking the DNC”, this should be a bipartisan issue, we knew possibility of DNC being hacked at the beginning of summer, we didn’t attribute motives, you (the press) interpreted and I (Obama )did not. We weren’t trying to ‘advantage’ one side or the other. In other words he says he was totally neutral, he favored neither side. Yeah right LMAO.

Well, there’s no good way to hack the voting machines. They are largely isolated from possible interference.
