John McCain was NOT born in Panama.
He was born in the Panama Canal Zone, an American entity at the time, no different than Guam or Samoa.
If you went to the Canal Zone before Carter gave it away, you would have seen an American flag flying over it. It was American soil.

A US installation overseas is nt US territory.
McCain was born on American soil - the Panama Canal Zone.
Korea is not US soil. Citizenship at overseas bases derives from the citizenship of the American parents.

The one he picked for his FAKE BC didn't even exist at the time of his miraculous birth. Gov. Pothead Abercrombe, who was there!!!, failed to find it and sheepishly only said it was noted somewhere.
Canal Zone was US territory, had KZ5 prefix for ham radio and issued broadcasting licenses and aircrafts. Carter gave it to Chinese.

My son was born in a military hospital. He was issued a Department of State ConsularReport of Birth Abroad of a and is a US citizen and citizen of North Carolina.
The part about US Soil is that every flag pole is sunk in soil from the United States, symbolizing our sovereignty at that post; you are correct that it is not US Soil for citizenship....
