President Obama says the United States will respond to Russian cyberattacks that the intelligence community has concluded were part of an effort to influence the 2016 presidential election.

Looks like Obama is saying Russia is guilty and the United States will respond.

This is even though his own intelligence sources say there is no evidence.

The only source is an anonymous break away CIA source that says it with no proof.... Furthermore, now the CIA has come out and said the main CIA does not believe there was a Russia hack.

Looks like Obama may try to stop Trump from becoming President. This is extremely dangerous.

"Will Respond"? Like the Red Line with chemical weapons? Hell, we don't even know (proof) that Russia had anything to do with hacking. But ON THIS Obama wants to "retaliate"? TOTAL FRAUD AND SOCIOPATH. Russians invade a free country and ally of ours, we do nothing. We help radical Muslims in Lybia and Syria and end up finding US weapons in the hands of ISIS. We do nothing. We give Iran a deal and money for their efforts to kill us and Isreal, they break the rules, we do nothing. China gets aggressive and threatens our military in the South China Sea. We do nothing.

BUT, based on some speculation and some bad publicity and some hurt feelings, Obama is going to jump in and rattle cages and level threats (I doubt he'll actually do anything) at Russia. Maybe he'll use his pen and phone to whine and complain.

I found this photo of "intelligence Source" on the Internet. It appears to be the only source Obama has for his intelligence on the Russian hacking. It has long been rumored that this source has converted to Islam but, while likely true, it has not been confirmed. (Or, AFAIK, denied.)
