Mike Banerian, a GOP Electoral College voter in Michigan, says he has received several death threats from Democrat voters.
The Electoral College voters are meeting on December 19 to cast their vote for president.
Mike says he has contacted police and was threatened to be shot in the head if he cast his vote for Trump.

Saying if I don’t do the right thing that they’ll get me.
Mike has notified the Michigan police. He said most of the threats were coming from blue states.

Interesting. In the article you linked to, Banerian said he wasn’t afraid of the alleged threat. And the fact that he made political points about the alleged threat on TV for two weeks before going to police strongly indicates that the alleged threat is not a prosecutable “true threat”.
Saying he wasn’t afraid and making political points about it are what the gateway pundit blog left off.

I read weeks ago that protection was offered. Most turned it down, then. Don’t know what’s happened since. The threats alone are grounds for a visit from the SS or FBI, though.
