Interesting. In the article you linked to, Banerian said he wasn’t afraid of the alleged threat. And the fact that he made political points about the alleged threat on TV for two weeks before going to police strongly indicates that the alleged threat is not a prosecutable “true threat”.
Saying he wasn’t afraid and making political points about it are what the gateway pundit blog left off.
I hate it when media leaves stuff off; that changes the whole story.
